Tuition is based on a 12 month season (a training and competition season).  

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month (late by the 6th).  There is a discount for multiple classes or accounts with more than one registered student (siblings). Tuition remains the same whether it is a standard 8 hr+ month or a short 2 hr month and regardless of personal issues. Tuition is not prorated for Holiday months.

Tuition may be paid via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card . A late fee of $10 will be added to your account on the 6th of the month if no payment or payment arrangement has been made by the 5th of the month.Cash payments are encouraged to be the exact amount of cost. Students with delinquent accounts of 10 days or more will be dismissed until payment is remitted. Accounts must be paid in full in order to participate in the recital (any event) or to register for a new dance season.

Fees

Costumes are $50- $75 each and include one pair of tights and all accessories (per competition/after the new season fee). A Costume fee will be due every three months (May, August and November) may vary. Combo classes require two costumes for recitals, all other classes require one. Those paying two costume fees will have the fees payable in two payments for your convenience.

Tickets to the recitals or dance competitions will be available for purchase two weeks prior to our events.

Referrals

You will receive a $20 credit to your account (1 month) for referring a new student to the studio. Your credit will appear after the student has registered and paid the first month’s tuition. You must notify the director of the referral

Sibling discount-$25 off each child after 1st  ($75+50 or 75+50+50...)

Absences

There are no refunds or credits given if a student is absent from class. You are able to make-up classes within the

same month per coaches discretion. In the event that your usual instructor is absent, another qualified

member of our staff will be available to substitute the lesson. If a substitute cannot be provided, the class will

be rescheduled. STUDENTS SHOULD NOT MISS TWO DAYS PER MONTH (excused or unexcused)

 Termination of Lessons

A two week notice (prior to competition or a performance)  is appreciated to discontinue any lessons or competitive team commitment.

   The director will withdraw any student with a delinquent account of 15 days or more.      
    

Holiday

Our schedule does not follow the school calendar. Lessons will not be held on: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.  

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID ON TIME!!!All fundraisers are required for participation and will have participation minimums.

Status Elite Competitive Dance Studio reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student. The guardian will be contacted with reasoning within 24 hours. Status Elite Competitive Dance Studio reserves the right to change policies as needed. Students and guardians will be notified of any changes when they occur.

____You acknowledge your responsibility in paying monthly tuition and any associated cost for participation in competitions or performances.  

____You affirm you now have and will continue to carry proper primary medical, health, hospitalization, and accident insurance which you consider adequate for the protection of both your child and Status Elite Competitive Dance Studio.

____ You give permission of photographs and video visuals to be used in present and future brochures, web sites, advertisements and other promotional materials the studio creates (presents and future).  

We, the staff at Status Elite Competitive Dance Studio recognize our obligation to make sure our students and their parents are aware of the risks and hazards involved in the sport of dance. By signing this waiver, you release Status Elite Competitive Dance Studio and all its employees from all claims on account of any injury which may be sustained by you or your child while attending any dance class, event, or outside performance.

-All competitions and performances are mandatory.

Your first tuition payment is your acknowledgment, understanding and commitment to our policy and procedures.
