Status Elite Competitive Dance Studio was a vision formed by Lashuna Mitchell, a Montgomery, Al native and Alabama State honors graduate. She worked hard over the summer to introduce the Elite Dance Youth Organization for youth girls with the help of local dance team coaches. She formed the Dazzling Divas dance team with her younger sister(Dejerriah Long) and an awesome local dance choreographer. Lashuna then decided to further the girl's passion for dance by investing in a dance studio and hiring trained dancers from her Alma Mater (Alabama State University).
