No events shall proceed the hour of 1:00 AM.
You will receive a text the morning of your event with access instructions by 9:30am
All balances should be satisfied one week prior to your event (two weeks prior for events including in house decor).

This agreement sets the standard terms for customer rental imposed by the renting Venue Provider. By reserving and renting this venue, the purchasing customer agrees to these stipulations and rules of conduct:
·A non refundable deposit of $100 or more must be paid to hold any date. The balance is due a week prior to the event (strictly enforced with the in house decor package). All balances must be paid before the event starts.
·I understand that I must maintain my rental area and the common areas of the premises in a neat, clean and in a sanitary condition. (Pay cleaning fee ($50) or clean yourself). All trash must be in bins provided , floors must be swept, chairs and tables must be put away in storage area.
·Security is required for all adult night events and teen parties (pay $200.00 for studio security team).
*All teen parties require a permit from CITY HALL
·As a renter, I am only receiving access to the agreed upon venue space which may be limited to the rental time that has been reserved and paid for. The Venue Provider may restrict your access to the premises for any reason immediately before
and after your rental time has started and expired.
·I must not act in a manner that is likely to adversely affect the peaceful operation of the premises.
·I will not use the premises for illegal purposes or in any manner that could tarnish the reputation of the Venue Provider or their premises.
·I will not tamper with, borrow, or remove any property kept on the premises.
·I will not cause or permit any hazardous substance to be used,
stored, generated, released or disposed of on or in the premises.
·I will be held solely responsible for the agreed upon rental area, including any common areas. I will be held accountable for any injury or damages sustained during the duration of the rental and occupancy on the premises.
·I will be held liable for any penalty fees that myself, guest or invitee may incur on the premises by the owner or city/state officials (police, fire marshal or abc board member).
·Any signs, symbols, or other objects displayed on the premises must be approved by the Venue Provider, and must be removed immediately following the duration the reservation.
·No alcohol at Children or Teen parties. ·No smoking inside studio.
·No one is allowed to touch mirrors
·Do not allow guest to dance with drinks or food in hand.
·Keep main area clean and immediately respond to floor spills.

·No fees are refundable
By paying your deposit,you are acknowledging and agreeing to abide by this rental agreement.
